Salmon Quiche 3

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2/3 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 Tablespoons oil

Filling

  • 1 pound canned King salmon
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 3 drops Tabasco hot pepper sauce

Directions

Crust

Mix together and press into pie plate

Bake at 400° F. for 10 minutes.

Filling

Add enough water to salmon juice to make 1/2 cup

Add the rest of the ingredients and pour into pie crust

Bake 325° F. for 45 minutes

You can combine everything by putting it into a blender or processor.
